Returns and Refunds

Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please visit our Contact Page and submit a request with your order number and details.
Once your return is approved, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return through the contact page will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Simply request an exchange through the contact page, and we’ll guide you through the process.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away through the contact page, and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons (such as worn or washed apparel).
Gift cards, sale items marked “Final Sale,” and digital products are also non-returnable.
